This Privacy Policy explains how Shenzhen Lanborui Technology Co., Ltd. (“LANBORUI”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit lanboruidecor.com, contact us or send a wholesale enquiry. LANBORUI is the data controller for the website and is based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, business email, company, telephone or WhatsApp number, product interests, expected quantity, destination market, timing, message and any other details you choose to provide. If a form permits an upload, we may also receive product drawings or requirement files in PDF, STP, STEP, CAD, DWG or DXF format.

Website and security information

Our hosting and website systems may process technical information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, referrer and security events. We use this information to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose faults and protect the service. The enquiry system also stores the submitting IP address with the private enquiry record and temporarily uses a hashed IP-derived rate-limit key to reduce spam.

Consent records

When you accept or reject analytics, we store a first-party consent cookie on your device and a pseudonymous server-side record containing a random consent ID, your choice, the policy version, the choice location and time. The server-side record does not include your name, email address, raw IP address or user-agent.

Analytics information—only after consent

If you actively accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 may process page URLs, referrers, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device information, visit and interaction events, and a pseudonymous browser identifier. We do not intentionally send enquiry form fields, uploaded files, email addresses or telephone numbers to Google Analytics.

You can accept, reject or change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button displayed on the website. Rejecting after a previous acceptance tells Analytics to stop, removes accessible first-party Analytics cookies and prevents the Google tag from loading on later pages. 4. How Google Analytics is configured

We use Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-EWD71GRTKR in basic consent mode. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation are denied. Google Signals and ad-personalisation signals are disabled in our website configuration. Google states that GA4 uses IP addresses at collection time to derive location information and discards them before the address is logged in Analytics.

5. Who receives information

6. How long we keep information

• Enquiries that do not lead to an order are normally reviewed for deletion or anonymisation within 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
• Records connected with a quotation, sample, order, payment, warranty, dispute or legal obligation may be retained longer for the applicable commercial, accounting or legal period.
• Uploaded files follow the related enquiry or order record and may be removed earlier on a valid request unless they must be kept for an overriding obligation.
• The consent cookie and pseudonymous consent audit record are kept for up to 13 months.
• Google Analytics event-level retention is controlled in the Analytics property; aggregate reports may remain after event-level data expires.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Withdrawing analytics consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where an applicable law or overriding legal reason requires it.

8. Security

We use access controls, HTTPS, private enquiry records, upload restrictions, rate limiting and operational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send payment-card data, government identifiers, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information through an enquiry form.

9. Children

This wholesale website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.
