Which serving tray designs are shown?
This selection includes peacock, European-style floral, elephant and rose round trays, an elephant tray with handles, and a peacock oval tray. These are selected design references, not our full range. Send a picture or brief if you need another style.
Which sizes can I enquire about?
The five round tray series list 12, 14 and 16-inch options, each with its own model code. For the peacock oval tray, length, width and depth are confirmed during quotation. Confirm the finished dimensions and usable centre for your intended arrangement.
Is the elephant tray available with handles?
The collection includes separate handled and non-handled elephant designs. The handled model codes end in 12H, 14H or 16H. Confirm overall width, handle clearance and the intended carrying load against the selected sample.
Can colours, shapes and patterns be customized?
Share the desired colour, dimensions, shape, border motif or centre pattern. Customization is reviewed against the construction, order quantity and sample requirements. Logo treatment and gift or retail packaging can also be discussed.
Can I create a set with sugar pots or dry fruit boxes?
Yes, coordinated sets can be discussed. Send the models and quantities of the matching items, together with their dimensions. Set contents, tray fit and protective packing are agreed before quotation and sample approval. A tray-only quotation does not include additional items.
Are the trays suitable for direct food contact?
Material composition and surface treatment are confirmed for the chosen design and finish. If direct food contact is required, specify the intended foods and destination market so suitability and any required testing can be reviewed. Appearance alone does not establish food-contact suitability.
How do I confirm price, minimum order and timing?
Send the exact model code, selected size, colour or finish, quantity per option, destination and packaging brief. Price, minimum order and the production schedule are confirmed for that specification and the sample-approval plan.
Can I request a sample and gift packaging?
Ask for sample availability, cost and timing for the selected model. Review dimensions, decoration, edges and any handles before production. Include artwork and packaging preferences so protection for the tray and any matching pieces can be planned together.
